The Mission
Growing
Paintball
in Alabama
APC isn't just running events — we're building something bigger. A movement to grow paintball in one of the most underserved regions in the country.
Why It Matters
The Southeast
Was Left Behind.
For years, paintball in Alabama and the broader Southeast has been fragmented — small pockets of players with no central community, no organized events, and no real path for new players to get involved.
That's exactly why Chris Powers founded Alabama Paintball Club. Not to run a business — but to build the community that Alabama paintball players deserved.
The result? A growing, engaged player base that spans Birmingham, Montgomery, Huntsville, Georgia, and beyond — with a 75% player return rate and 12,000+ monthly views across platforms.
7+ events in the 2025 season alone, with more planned for 2026.
Players from all backgrounds — kids, families, veterans, first-timers.
Drawing players from across Alabama and neighboring states.
75% of players return. The culture keeps people coming back.
The Strategy
How We're Growing the Sport
Lowering the Barrier
No mandatory membership. No gear required at most events. No experience needed. We make it as easy as possible for someone to show up for the first time.
Building Real Community
People don't come back for paintball alone — they come back for the people. APC events are designed to create connections, not just games.
Consistent Events
Regular, well-organized events throughout the year give players something to look forward to and a reason to stay engaged with the sport.
Family Friendly
By welcoming kids, families, and all ages, APC introduces paintball to a whole new generation of players in Alabama.
Multi-Venue Presence
Rotating between fields like CAPP, Paintball Quest, and Prime keeps things fresh and reaches players in different parts of the state.
Social Media Reach
12K+ monthly views and 500+ views per post means APC's message reaches far beyond the field — bringing new players in from across the region.
Looking Ahead
The Vision for
Alabama Paintball
The goal is simple: make Alabama a place where paintball thrives. Where new players can find a community, where competitive teams have regular events to compete in, and where families can enjoy the sport together.
APC is already proving it's possible. With a growing player base, strong retention, and events drawing from multiple states, the foundation is there. Now it's about scaling — more events, more venues, more players, more community.
Every player who shows up for the first time and comes back is a win. Every family that discovers paintball through APC is the sport growing. Every sponsor that joins the community helps make it all possible.
"People don't join APC because of paintball alone. They join because they feel welcomed, they see others like them, and they want to be part of something."
— Chris Powers, Founder, Alabama Paintball Club

We Look Up To
APC didn't build this from nothing. We had a blueprint — and it came from R.R. Paintball Club. These guys figured out how to run a tight, community-first paintball club and we took notes. Organized events, dedicated media, a culture that keeps players coming back — they showed us it was possible.
We're proud to call them the club we based ours off of. The Southeast paintball community is better because of what they built, and we're doing our part to carry that torch in Alabama.

Not Just Events
APC isn't random. Every event, every post, every new player is part of a repeatable system designed to grow paintball in Alabama for the long haul.
The Player Pipeline
